These terms govern your use of the pl67 platform — from account creation and deposits to bet settlement, bonus claims and responsible gaming. Reading them is worth your time. We have written them in plain language rather than dense legalese so Pakistani players can actually understand what they are agreeing to.

pl67 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Creating an account, depositing or placing any bet as an underage person is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player is permitted exactly one pl67 account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the reason — will be merged or closed, and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided without exception.
All pl67 bonuses and free bets carry a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The specific requirement for each offer is stated on the Promotions page. Bonus funds and real money are kept separate until wagering is complete.
pl67 only processes withdrawals back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit — JazzCash, Easypaisa, IBFT or card. We cannot transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Any attempt to manipulate odds, exploit software errors, engage in arbitrage abuse or use multiple accounts to farm bonuses will result in permanent suspension. Detected fraudulent deposits will be reversed and reported.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and pl67 as the platform operator. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of pl67 regardless of location, device or access method. They apply equally to mobile browser access and any other means of using pl67.
To open and maintain a pl67 account you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification: pl67 may require documentary proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed, all winnings will be voided and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.
Each individual may hold only one active pl67 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where pl67 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, bonus funds voided and any withdrawals pending from duplicate accounts will be cancelled.
All registration information you provide to pl67 must be accurate, current and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number and email address. Providing false information to obtain a pl67 account — or to claim bonuses — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pl67 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. pl67 will never ask for your full password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at support@pl67.ws. pl67 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
pl67 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any point — especially before processing your first withdrawal or when transaction patterns trigger a review. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days) and proof of payment method may also be requested. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the notified period may have withdrawals withheld until verification is complete.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or unverified sources will be returned and the associated account flagged for review. pl67 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency or any payment method not listed above.
Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees or limits. pl67 has no control over and is not responsible for any charges applied by third-party payment providers.
You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Withdrawals are processed only to the verified payment method associated with your pl67 account.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of the request being submitted during normal operating hours. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 2–4 business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank. pl67 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
pl67 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts or accounts that have not previously undergone KYC. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not an accusation of wrongdoing. Delays caused by incomplete KYC documents are the responsibility of the account holder.
All pl67 bonuses, free bets and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to, and do not replace, individual promotion terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier — for example, a 5x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling Rs 5,000 before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Not all bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements — casino games typically contribute at different rates to sports bets.
pl67 monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk or guaranteed-outcome bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, pl67 reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings and close the account without notice.
All bonuses have an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Uncompleted wagering requirements and associated bonus funds are removed from your account at expiry. Expiry dates for each bonus are displayed in your account's bonus wallet and on the Promotions page.

All bets placed on pl67 are subject to acceptance by pl67. A bet is only confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your active bets list. pl67 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed.
Where a market is offered with obviously incorrect odds — for example, a PSL match winner at 50.00 due to a data feed error — pl67 reserves the right to void bets placed on the erroneous market. This applies whether the error is in the odds, the event description or the market type. Players who knowingly exploit obvious errors will have their bets voided and may have their accounts reviewed.
If a sporting event is abandoned before reaching its minimum completion threshold (for cricket: the minimum overs required for a D/L result; for football: 90 minutes played and officially confirmed), all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets placed after the minimum threshold may stand at pl67's discretion based on the official result.
Single bet maximum payout: Rs 2,000,000. Accumulator maximum payout: Rs 5,000,000. Tournament outright maximum payout: Rs 1,000,000. These limits apply per event per account per day. VIP account holders may have higher limits negotiated with the pl67 VIP team.
All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — PCB for cricket, FIFA for international football, respective domestic football associations for league matches. Live score trackers and third-party statistics are for information only and do not determine settlement.
Casino games and crash games on pl67 are provided by certified third-party software providers. All games use Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that are independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Crash games additionally use provably fair cryptographic algorithms — the server seed and client seed for each round are published and can be independently verified.
Malfunctions during any casino or crash game — whether caused by server error, connectivity loss or software fault — render all associated wagers void. Stakes will be returned to the player's balance. pl67 is not responsible for losses arising from interrupted sessions due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and volatility ratings are available within each game. Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are real-time figures but may differ slightly from the precise value at the moment of a winning spin due to the speed of jackpot accumulation across the player network.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pl67 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, pl67 may withhold the balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no outstanding breach, the available balance will be paid out to the registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pl67's liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
pl67 is not liable for: (a) losses caused by internet connectivity failure on the player's side; (b) losses caused by a player's failure to log out from a shared device; (c) indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind; (d) losses arising from a player's failure to read and understand these terms before betting.

In summary: pl67 collects personal data necessary to operate your account, process payments, comply with anti-money-laundering requirements and provide customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You have the right to request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account data by contacting support@pl67.ws.
pl67 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players by email and via a notice on the pl67 website at least 14 days before taking effect, except in cases requiring immediate amendment for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Continued use of pl67 after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept updated terms, you should stop using the platform and withdraw your balance before the update takes effect.
